Terms and Conditions

  • The competition prize for ‘CAPTURE BREEZE’ is for four (4) people – two (2) adults aged over 18 years and two (2) children aged under 18. The winner will be notified by email.
  • Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. There is one prize package available, valid for 2 adults aged over 18 and 2 children under 18.
  • The prize includes;
  • 3 nights’ accommodation at any Breeze Holiday Parks location across Australia in a basic cabin, on a powered or unpowered site.
  • The prize is valued at up to $800.
  • The prize is valid for use until 30 April 2023. The prize must be used in one block and can not be split. If the entrant is unable to travel on these dates, the prize cannot be transferred to another individual, unless approved by the promoter.
  • All elements of the prize are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. Block out periods apply around key events and holiday periods and exclude all peak periods (these differ from location to location). Terms and Conditions for prize components may vary, as stipulated by individual operators.
  • The prize is subject to change due to regulations by the government, surrounding COVID-19.
  • The winner will be chosen by park management without disclosure as to who took the photos and which park it is from.
  • The prize includes only what is specified in the prize package outlined in the terms and conditions and does not include any additional items such as travel insurance, medical insurance or any other insurance, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, telephone or other incidentals or ancillary costs. All such costs are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion.
  • Two (2) attempts will be made by Breeze Holiday Parks to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond within one (1) week of final contact the prize will be deemed unaccepted and no redraw will be entered into.
  • The winner may be required to present a credit card at the time of accommodation check in. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the winner. Accommodation can be extended at the winner’s discretion, at an additional cost to the winner, subject to the accommodation provider’s standard terms and conditions. Surcharges may apply.
  • The value of the prize is accurate as at the commencement of this promotion.
  • By entering you give Breeze Holiday Parks full rights to the use of the image including for, but not limited to marketing Breeze Holiday Parks and affiliate brands.
  • Breeze Holiday Parks accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after this date.
  • To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
  • If the prize (or any part of the prize) is unavailable, Breeze Holiday Parks, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
  • Subject to the Terms and Conditions of participating prize providers, if for any reason a winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • Breeze Holiday Parks and/or any employees, contractors and agents or employees of their contractors and agents, and companies providing prize elements, reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner or any/all companions to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if it determines, in its absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. The winner and their companions may be required to sign a legal release and/or other documentation in a form determined by Breeze Holiday Parks in its absolute discretion.
  • The winner accepts their prize at their own risk. To the full extent permitted by law neither Breeze Holiday Parks, and/or any of their employees, contractors and agents or employees of their contractors and agents, and companies providing major prizes for the promotion, will not be held liable for any liability/ loss/ damage/ expense/ death/ personal injury suffered or incurred or any dispute (including, but not limited to, direct/indirect/consequential loss) arising out of, or in connection with, this promotion, the provision of prizes, use or participation in such prizes or promotion of this competition.
  • Variable
    • Minimum age: There is no age limit to enter the competition, you or your guardian must be 18 years or older to accept the prize
    • Competition starting date:  1 April 2022
    • Starting time: 7:00am AEST
    • Competition closing date: 30 April 2022
    • Closing time: 5.00pm AEST
    • The winner will be contacted a week after the competition ends
  • Who may enter
    • Only the person who entered the competition may be awarded the prize. If the winner is under the age of 18 years an adult will need to redeem the prize.
    • Entrants may not be employees of, or contractors to, the promoter or any of its agencies involved with this competition.

    To enter, entrants must:

    • Read these Terms and Conditions
    • Capture an image at any Breeze Holiday Park location across Australia and send the high-resolution photo/s to info@breezeholidayparks.com.au to enter
    • Entrants may only enter in their own names. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.
  • Promoter
