Yes. We do require all patrons that use our facilities to be guests with us.

Yes. You are more than welcome to bring your bikes, scooters, and skateboards to BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks - Mannum. Just remember to bring your helmets!

Smoking of tobacco products and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited by State/Territory law inside any enclosed buildings within the park, within 5 metres of any entrance or exit of buildings and within 10 metres of a playground or any other recreational facilities.

Check in is from from 12pm for sites and 2pm for cabins and check out is by 10am.

Early check ins are subject to availability. Please contact us if you are planning on arriving early.

Yes. Please advise us if you will be arriving outside normal office hours so arrangements can be made for the collection of reservation information, access codes and/or keys, park map and rules.

Yes. Dogs are permitted on our designated dog-friendly sites and cabins outside Easter and Christmas/New Year periods. These dog-friendly options are subject to availability so please ensure you enquire with the park prior to booking.

Fire ban season for the Murrarylands and Riverland Districts starts 15th November to 15th April each year unless stated otherwise. Outside the fire ban, fires are only permitted in fire pits provided at BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks - Mannum. If you choose to bring your own fire pits you must notify us at the time of booking to ensure it complies with guidelines.

We have a well-equipped camp kitchen with a large fridge, full stove with oven, slow combustion wood heater, dishwashing facilities, indoor and outdoor seating.

Mannum Bowls Club

Play a game of lawn bowls on the banks of the Murray River. Everyone is welcome for a game of friendly barefoot bowls or competitive game on the riverside greens.
